Job summary

UW Health in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Supply Clerk to ensure physicians, nurses and staff have medical supplies, linen, and equipment to care for patients. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM with weekend and holiday rotation.

You will manage inventory with meticulous attention to detail, operate various computer systems for timely transitions, and provide professional support to internal customers by phone and in person.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Relevant experience in a healthcare environment (Preferred).

• Use attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM. Weekend and holiday rotation required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
