Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or to be completed before start date.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to build reports.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships or activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel for rotations across DCs and stores.
• Interest in pursuing a career in supply chain, retail, logistics, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across Distribution Operations, Transportation, Planning, Inventory, Merchandising, and Engineering.
• Gain hands-on exposure inside stores and distribution centers.
• Build and maintain reports to support operational decisions and productivity.
• Contribute to projects aligned with department priorities.
• Shadow experienced team members to learn processes and tools.
• Apply analytics and retail math to identify trends and insights.
• Participate in structured training on systems and leadership development.
• Develop strategic thinking, communication, and time management skills.
• Present outcomes and recommendations to leaders and partners.
• Show growth and take on increased responsibilities throughout the program.
