The role involves conducting inventory counts, processing shipments, and maintaining records in the supply chain system to support patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience applying mathematical and conversion skills in a supply chain setting.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, inventory control, or materials management preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips.
• Stock storeroom and warehouse items using FIFO principles to ensure proper inventory rotation.
• Maintain safety stock levels by reviewing min/max quantities for storeroom and POC areas.
• Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Picks and stages supplies based on department requisitions and applies patient charge stickers when needed.
• Organize PAR locations with clear labeling and consistent restocking.
• Deliver non-stock and stock items to departments with signatures for confirmation.
• Coordinate outbound shipments for returns and prepare bills of lading and forms.
• Ensure storeroom and warehouse environments remain clean, compliant, and safe.
• Participate in semi-annual and year-end inventory processes and data validation.
• Enter data into ERP or inventory system for receipts, adjustments, transfers, and requisitions.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain reliable attendance.
