Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in supply chain inventory roles.
• 1–3 years in supply chain, warehouse, or materials management preferred.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments and verify against packing slips.
• Stock storerooms and POC areas using FIFO to rotate inventory.
• Maintain safety stock levels and min/max quantities.
• Conduct physical and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Pick and stage supplies based on requisitions and apply patient charge stickers.
• Organize PAR locations with proper labeling and restocking.
• Deliver items to departments and obtain delivery sign-offs.
• Coordinate outbound shipments for returns with proper documentation.
• Keep storerooms and warehouses clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Enter receipts, adjustments, transfers, and requisitions into ERP.
• Support regular attendance and compliance with policies.
