Tennova Healthcare- North Knoxville Medical Center is seeking a Supply Chain Technician to support the accurate flow of supplies within the facility. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, and distributing materials, maintaining par levels, and ensuring inventory accuracy through ERP data entry.

The role emphasizes FIFO stock rotation, proper labeling of storerooms and PAR locations, and adherence to safety and infection-control standards while supporting routine counts and deliveries

Qualificações

• 0-1 years of experience applying mathematical and conversion skills in a supply chain setting.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, inventory control, or materials management preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receives, inspects, and processes incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips and reporting discrepancies.
• Stocks storeroom and warehouse items using FIFO to ensure proper rotation.
• Maintains safety stock levels by reviewing min/max quantities.
• Performs physical and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Picks and stages supplies based on department requisitions and records deliveries.
• Ensures storeroom and PAR locations are organized and well labeled.
• Delivers items to departments and obtains delivery confirmations.
• Coordinates outbound shipments and returns documentation.
• Keeps storerooms and warehouses clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Participates in semi-annual and year-end inventory processes and data validation.
• Enters receipts, adjustments, transfers, and requisitions in ERP.
• Performs other duties and maintains reliable attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
