Job summary

Castleview Hospital in Price, UT is seeking a Supply Chain Technician to stock and maintain hospital supplies across departments using computer-assisted tools. You will report to the Director or Manager of Department and perform cycle counts, data entry, and materials handling to support efficient patient care.

The role requires organization, ability to navigate multiple computer systems, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems.
• Clear English communication (read, write, speak).
• Skill Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic cycle counts and adjust inventory records.
• Stock units with supplies and prepare requisitions to maintain par levels.
• Receive shipments, log receipts, enter data, and deliver items to departments.
• Answer phones and handle walk-up inquiries professionally.
• Complete clerical/computer tasks supporting patient care delivery.
• Process outgoing mail.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

How you'll contribute

Responsible for stocking and maintaining supplies across hospital departments using computer-assisted tools and standard inventory practices to support efficient patient care operations. Reports to the Director or Manager of Department.

Essential Functions

• Performs periodic cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory; adjusts inventory records as needed.
• Stocks units with office and medical supplies, prepares requisitions to maintain par levels.
• Receives shipments, logs receipts, enters data into the inventory system, delivers items to departments or other facilities, and reports/documents errors or damages to management.
• Answers the telephone, receiving dock, and walk-up window professionally; routes calls/messages appropriately.
• Completes clerical/computer tasks that support patient care delivery.
• Processes outgoing mail.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
