Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience (5-8 years).
• Experience in materials management, MRP, pull systems, flow, and lean implementation.
• Project management with scope, budget, and timelines.
• Leadership experience mentoring/coaching team members.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Master scheduling and optimization: develop and continuously optimize the master production schedule to meet demand.
• SIOP coordination: execute SIOP to align supply and demand and meet profitability/cost goals.
• Material flow leadership: support scheduling and coordinate movement of materials to optimize cost and service.
• Material and supplier management: lead procurement to manage inventory and supplier relationships.
• Schedule management: review schedules, establish priorities, adjust for resource/material availability.
• Risk mitigation: identify issues, implement process improvements, and ensure policy adherence.
• Continuous improvement: facilitate lean events to drive measurable gains in supply chain.
• Cross-functional partnership: build relationships with operations, sales, and finance.
• Mentorship and team development: lead and coach the Supply Chain team.
