Job summary

Watlow in Hannibal, Missouri is seeking a Supply Chain Team Lead - Materials to drive the master production schedule, coordinate raw materials flow, and mentor the site team.

You will partner with Operations, Sales, and Finance to align supply and demand, reduce risk, and implement lean methods and MRP. Strong analytics, materials management experience, and leadership are essential.

Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of experience required; ERP familiarity (Oracle/SAP) preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field; 5–8 years experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in materials management, MRP, pull systems, lean implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate the SIOP process to balance supply and demand and support profitability.
• Lead material flow and coordinate movement of raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage procurement goals around inventory levels, supply continuity and supplier relationships.
• Review and adjust schedules based on resource and material availability.
• Provide risk mitigation and resolve issues to improve processes.
• Facilitate lean initiatives and rapid improvement events in supply chain.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Finance and mentor team members.
