Job summary

Watlow, a global leader in thermal solutions, is seeking a Team Lead, Supply Chain in Columbia, MO. The role drives the master production schedule, coordinates material flow, and partners with Materials, Operations, Sales, and Finance to balance supply and demand and achieve target inventory turns.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on materials management experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coach others through complex priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, operations, or business.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning and materials management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the master production schedule to meet backlog and forecasts.
• Coordinate SIOP process to align supply and demand and optimize inventories.
• Lead material flow and coordinate movement of parts, finished goods and info.
• Review schedules, set priorities, and adjust plans based on constraints.
• Provide risk mitigation and process improvements across the team.
• Coach and mentor team members to build capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with cross-functional sites and external partners to align demand and supply.
