Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a senior-operational technology leader to manage transportation and warehouse system applications across the network. You will standardize processes, lead system implementations, and partner with Supply Chain and IT to drive efficiency and cost reductions.

The role requires 7+ years in transportation/warehousing, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with SAP/OTM. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years in transportation and warehousing.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder skills.
• Experience with TMS and ERP applications.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee system and operational best practices across transportation and warehousing applications.
• Develop SOPs and one-point lessons for end-user training and support.
• Act as liaison between Supply Chain and IT teams.
• Lead stakeholder analysis and gather business requirements.
• Provide day-to-day support for TMS and WMS.
• Support deployment and go-live activities for transportation and warehouse tech initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction across the network.
• Lead business systems for transformational initiatives (M&A, divestitures, etc.).
• Coordinate UAT and post-implementation stabilization.
• Own warehouse EDI transactions and integrations between SAP, Oracle Transportation Management, and third-party warehouse providers.
• Analyze network metrics to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Participate in roadmaps for transportation and warehouse technology.
