Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking an experienced Lean Supply ChainLeader to drive deployment and governance of the Lean Supply Chain Pillar within the Conagra Performance System. You will partner with manufacturing sites, platform leadership, and enterprise stakeholders to eliminate losses, strengthen standards, and deliver sustainable performance improvements.

The role requires up to 75% travel to sites and corporate events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Continuous Improvement, Lean Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operational Excellence.
• Demonstrated success applying Lean methodologies and performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, data visualization and reporting tools.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving standards adoption.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, standards, and maturity progression of Lean Supply Chain Pillar.
• Align Lean initiatives with Manufacturing Excellence priorities across Conagra platforms.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives reducing losses and improving performance.
• Use performance data and root-cause analysis to deliver measurable results.
• Facilitate workshops, reviews, and cross-functional improvement activities.
• Develop scorecards, KPI frameworks, and analytical tools for enterprise decision making.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights, risks, trends, and recommendations.
• Partner with operations, engineering, IT, and digital teams to implement scalable improvements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, analytics, and connected manufacturing technologies.
• Coach site and platform teams on Lean standards and best practices.
