Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago is seeking a Senior Analyst, Transportation Technology to drive evolution and adoption of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) across the network. Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and planning, carrier management, tendering, shipment execution, and optimization.
• Lead design, testing, deployment, and support of transportation technology enhancements within OTM.
• Partner with Transportation Operations, Product Management, and IT to gather requirements and deliver scalable tech solutions.
• Manage transportation tech initiatives through full project lifecycle, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Analyze transportation performance and identify opportunities to improve service, utilization, efficiency, and costs.
• Monitor project execution, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive user adoption, change management, and continuous improvement across platforms.
• Support integration and process alignment across OTM, SAP, EWM, FourKites, and related systems.
