MatX is seeking a technical Supply Chain System Manager to architect, deploy, and optimize our digital supply chain infrastructure. You will set up ERP, PLM, procurement, and inventory software, ensuring data integrity, automation, and operational scalability.

You will collaborate across IT, Hardware, Supply Chain, and Finance to power real-time visibility of our global operations and drive upgrades to master data, ECO flows, and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience administering or implementing supply chain systems (ERP, PLM, MRP, or WMS) in a hardware technology setting.
• Experience with integrating ERP/PLM with other platforms to create automated data pipelines.
• Strong business systems analysis skills to translate workflows into scalable technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, selection, implementation, and enhancement of ERP, PLM, and spend-management systems.
• Build data integrations across PLM, ERP, WIP, and warehouse systems.
• Ensure data fidelity for master data (BOMs, part numbers, vendor files, lead times).
• Develop automated workflows and dashboards for executive visibility into inventory and spend.
• Partner with engineering to streamline ECO release flows between PLM and ERP.
• Provide system admin, user training, access controls, and ongoing support.

We’re looking for a technical Supply Chain System Manager to architect, deploy, and optimize our digital supply chain infrastructure. You will be responsible for setting up and managing ERP, PLM, procurement, and inventory software systems to ensure data integrity, automation, and operational scalability.

You will sit at the intersection of IT, Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance, shaping how automated data pipelines and system integrations power real-time visibility across our global operations.

What You’ll Do Here:

• Lead the strategy, selection, implementation, and enhancement of ERP, PLM, and spend-management systems




• Build seamless data integrations across PLM, ERP, WIP and warehouse management, supplier portal systems




• Ensure high data fidelity and accuracy for master data elements including BOMs, part numbers, vendor master files, and lead times




• Develop automated workflows and dashboard reporting metrics for executive visibility into inventory, procurement spend, and pipeline bottlenecks.




• Partner with engineering to streamline Engineering Change Order (ECO) release flows between PLM and ERP systems




• Provide system administration, user training, access controls, and ongoing troubleshooting support for internal teams

Who You Are:

• 6+ years experience administering or implementing supply chain systems (ERP, PLM, MRP, or WMS) in a hardware technology setting




• Demonstrated expertise with systems such as NetSuite, SAPOne, Arena, Propel, Coupa, or similar platforms




• Strong business systems analysis skillset, with the ability to translate operational workflows into scalable technical requirements




• Ability to build customized AI tool is highly desirable




• Excellent communication and change-management skills to train non-technical users on system capabilities




• Excited to build digital supply chain foundations from the ground up in a scaling startup environment

Compensation

The US base salary for this full-time position is determined based on a variety of factors including role, experience, location, job related skills, and relevant education and training. Career length is only a guideline for compensation.

• Mid Career – $175,000 – $400,000 + equity




• Senior Career – $250,000 – $600,000 + equity
