• Pay Rate: $41.76 per hour
• Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site

Your Impact

As a Supply Chain Support professional, you\'ll serve as a critical link between suppliers, internal stakeholders, and operations teams to ensure materials, processes, and production schedules stay on track. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, OR an advanced degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain Management.
• SAP experience is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience working directly with suppliers and supplier performance management.
• Project management experience.
• Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Process Improvement experience.
• Strong customer service mindset with exceptional follow-up skills.
• Delivery assurance experience.
• Experience organizing and leading operational initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with a variety of commodities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and build strong business relationships.
• Aerospace or aviation industry experience.

Pay Details:

$41.76 per hour
