Job Type: Full-Time Contract (12 Months)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | First Shift | 5/40 Schedule

Pay Rate: $32.35 per hour

As a Customer Account Specialist, you'll serve as a vital link between customers, operations, and business teams, ensuring repair orders are accurately processed, contractual requirements are met, and customer expectations are exceeded. Your ability to manage high transaction volumes, maintain accuracy, and proactively resolve issues will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys balancing customer relationships, order management, compliance requirements, and business operations in a dynamic aerospace environment.

What You'll Do

Customer Account Management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication and issue resolution.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and service needs.
• Proactively identify and resolve concerns to support customer satisfaction and retention.

Order Administration & Processing

• Manage and administer more than 200 active repair orders at any given time.
• Process commercial and military repair orders from initiation through completion.
• Acknowledge, quote, exchange, and invoice customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor order progress and take proactive steps to mitigate on-time delivery risks and potential financial penalties.

Contract & Compliance Management

• Interpret and execute customer contractual requirements.
• Administer customer accounts in accordance with commercial and government contract provisions.
• Ensure compliance with Global Trade regulations and company policies.
• Support warranty claim reviews by determining validity and appropriate disposition.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain a high level of accuracy while performing large volumes of computer-based transactions.
• Analyze account activity, identify trends, and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer commitments and operational goals.
• Take initiative to address challenges and implement effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing customer accounts, order administration, or related business operations.
• Ability to maintain exceptional accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience interacting with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple business systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP .
• Background in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) Customer Account Management .
• Experience administering U.S. Government Repair Contracts .
• Knowledge of FARs (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFARs (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement) .
• Experience with CAV and PIEE systems.
• Aviation, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry experience.
• Familiarity with contract administration, warranty management, and repair operations.

Pay Details: $32.35 per hour
