Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & IT integration leader to orchestrate supplier onboarding and B2B integrations with SAP S/4HANA. You will drive end-to-end setup using EDI, XML, and APIs, while ensuring compliance with quality standards and security policies.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, and Business Development to accelerate digital transformation and optimize onboarding workflows with AI-driven validation and process mining insights.

Qualifications

8–10 years in supply chain ops, procurement, or high-tech manufacturing.
3–5 years hands-on SAP S/4HANA in MM/SD/LE modules.
5+ years designing and managing enterprise B2B integrations.
Experience with SAP order fulfillment and related functions.
Deep knowledge of EDI (ANSI X.12/EDIFACT) and XML-based B2B protocols.
Familiarity with AI-driven data validation and security standards.

Responsibilities

Onboard manufacturing suppliers and trading partners to the network.
Lead supplier onboarding aligned with global strategies and quality standards.

Job description

Orchestrate onboarding of manufacturing suppliers and trading partners to HPE’s supply chain network
Lead supplier onboarding in alignment with HPE’s global supply chain strategies and quality standards
Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, and Business Development teams
Manage end-to-end integration setup for B2B transactions using EDI, XML, APIs, and other standards
Gather and document requirements for purchase orders, acknowledgments, advance ship notices, invoices, inventory transactions, and master-data exchanges
Ensure integrations align with SAP S/4HANA processes, modules, IDocs, APIs, and approved architecture
Deploy and oversee agentic AI systems for supplier assessments, issue resolution, and workflow adaptation
Develop onboarding documentation, integration configurations, playbooks, and process workflows
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and operational policies
Drive continuous improvement using industry best practices and digital transformation initiatives
Act as a supply chain and manufacturing technology subject matter expert
Monitor onboarding progress, proactively resolve issues, and report metrics to stakeholders
Enable autonomous supplier data validation, compliance verification, and quality assessment through agentic AI workflows
Identify process improvement opportunities using AI-generated insights, process mining analytics, and agentic recommendations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Master’s degree preferred
8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or high-tech manufacturing
3–5 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience in supply chain modules (MM, SD, LE)
5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise B2B integration solutions
Experience with SAP order fulfillment and supply chain functions
Experience in logistics execution, shipping, delivery processing, picking, packing, goods issue, scheduling, outbound delivery, STO, shipment processing, and route determination
Experience leading supplier onboarding, vendor management, or partner enablement programs in global organizations
Experience working with high-tech contract manufacturers
Experience with enterprise integration platforms or middleware such as WebMethods, Seeburger, SAP PI/PO, or similar
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects
Expert knowledge of EDI standards ANSI X.12 and EDIFACT and XML-based B2B protocols
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA supply chain and logistics modules, including MM, SD, LE, and GR/IR
Proficiency in APIs, web services, and middleware platforms
Knowledge of supply chain data models, master data management, and data governance
Familiarity with EDI mapping tools, integration testing, and troubleshooting
Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy standards for B2B transactions
Working knowledge of AI-driven data validation and quality assurance tools
Understanding of agentic AI frameworks, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and agent orchestration
Understanding of high-tech manufacturing, supply chain planning, procurement, and logistics
Understanding of global trade regulations, tariffs, and customs compliance
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
