Jobtailor seeks a senior Supply Chain Technology specialist to lead onboarding of manufacturing and trading partners into the SAP S/4HANA-based network. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end B2B integration using EDI, XML, APIs, and industry frameworks.

You will drive data governance, security, and continuous improvement, develop workflows and playbooks, and advise on supplier enablement across global operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, IT, or business administration.
8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations or high-tech manufacturing.
3–5 years working with SAP S/4HANA in supply chain modules (MM, SD, LE).
5+ years designing and managing enterprise B2B integration solutions.
Proven experience with SAP order fulfillment and logistics solutions.

Job description

Lead onboarding of manufacturing partners and trading partners to HPE’s supply chain network
Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, and Business Development teams
Manage end-to-end B2B integration setup using EDI, XML, APIs, and HPE integration frameworks
Gather and document requirements for purchase orders, order acknowledgments, advance ship notices, invoices, inventory transactions, and master-data exchanges
Ensure integrations align with SAP S/4HANA processes, modules, IDocs, APIs, and approved architecture
Deploy and oversee agentic AI systems for supplier assessments, issue resolution, and workflow adaptation
Develop onboarding documentation, integration configurations, playbooks, and process workflows
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and operational policies
Drive continuous improvement using industry best practices and digital transformation initiatives
Act as a subject matter expert for supply chain and manufacturing technology
Monitor onboarding progress, resolve issues, and report key metrics to stakeholders
Enable autonomous supplier data validation, compliance verification, and quality assessment through agentic AI workflows
Identify process improvements using AI-generated insights, process mining analytics, and agentic recommendations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or high-tech manufacturing
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including configuration, implementation, or support in supply chain modules (MM, SD, LE)
Minimum 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise B2B integration solutions
Experience with SAP order fulfillment and supply chain solutions
Experience in logistics execution, shipping, delivery processing, picking, packing, goods issue, scheduling, outbound delivery, STO, shipment processing, and route determination
Experience leading supplier onboarding, vendor management, or partner enablement programs in global organizations
Experience working with high-tech contract manufacturers
Experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware, such as WebMethods, Seeburger, SAP PI/PO, or similar
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects
Expert-level knowledge of EDI standards, including ANSI X.12 and EDIFACT
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA supply chain and logistics modules, including MM, SD, LE, and GR/IR
Proficiency in APIs, web services, and middleware platforms
Knowledge of supply chain data models, master data management, and data governance
Familiarity with EDI mapping tools, integration testing, and troubleshooting
Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy standards for B2B transactions
Working knowledge of AI-driven data validation and quality assurance tools
Understanding of agentic AI frameworks, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and agent orchestration
Comprehensive understanding of high-tech manufacturing, supply chain planning, procurement, and logistics
Understanding of global trade regulations, tariffs, and customs compliance
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
