Job summary

Vitro Automotive Glass is hiring for a Supply Chain role based in Kentucky. The position directs the plant's incoming and outgoing supply chain activities, including scheduling, inventory management, and work orders. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a related field and has 1–3 years of manufacturing and supply chain experience, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to oversee employees and work as a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, management and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming and outgoing supply chain activities including scheduling and planning.
• Manage inventory, cycle counting, and finished stock.
• Create production schedules and work orders in SAP.
• Ensure timely customer shipments and minimize premium freight costs.
• Monitor KPIs across supply chain functions.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and floor activities in production area.
• Communicate with OEM customers and internal teams to meet goals.
• Oversee office staff and maintain inventory controls.
