Job summary

National Wire LLC in Conroe, TX is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to coordinate daily supply chain activities across production planning, inventory, and logistics to move materials and finished goods efficiently. You will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, and Sales to maintain visibility of priorities, material availability, inventory levels, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of supply chain, logistics, or related operations experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Planner to align material availability, inventory, and logistics with the production schedule.
• Monitor raw material requirements and identify shortages before they impact production.
• Coordinate with Purchasing/Receiving to ensure timely incoming materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and accuracy for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Support cycle counts, reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
• Identify excess inventory, shortages, and slow-moving materials and address risks.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and transport coordination.
• Collaborate with Shipping and Sales to maintain order visibility and delivery commitments.
• Report KPIs related to inventory accuracy, availability, logistics, and service levels.
• Analyze recurring shortages and bottlenecks to identify improvements.
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions and supply chain data; drive continuous improvement.
