Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or related operations.
• Experience leading or supervising teams in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of KPIs and performance reporting in supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material availability with Production Planner and logistics with departments to align with production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, shortages, and discrepancies; initiate corrective actions.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and transportation coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide day-to-day direction to supply chain personnel and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Maintain ERP transaction accuracy and timely supply chain reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy and flow.
