Job summary

Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group is offering a Paid Summer Internship in Business Operations & Leadership Development in Downingtown, PA. The program exposes students to leadership, sales, operations, supply chain, finance, HR and customer service, with hands-on experiences across departments.

You will shadow leaders, build skills in communication and teamwork, and visit branches to understand how decisions are made and inventory is managed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's or master’s program.
• Shows strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in business operations and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to leadership, sales, operations, supply chain, finance, HR and customer service.
• Shadow experienced professionals and managers to learn day-to-day responsibilities.
• Visit branch locations and the Support Center to observe decision making and inventory management.
