Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Subcontract Manager to lead supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on high-risk, complex subcontracts for commercial, DoD and international programs.

You will lead multifunctional subcontract management teams, prepare bid packages, negotiate provisions, and administer contracts within authorized authority, including complex procurements under FAR/DFAR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR requirements respective to federal procurements.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Basic Qualifications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
