Job summary

ATS is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our manufacturing operations. You will oversee inventory integrity, restocking, and collaborate with technicians and vendors to ensure seamless operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in inventory control, proficiency with ERP systems and inventory software, and strong organizational and communication skills. You will manage replenishments, document tracking, and support audits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in inventory control within industrial/manufacturing settings.
  • Proficiency in inventory tracking software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication with technicians, vendors and management.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory records.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the integrity of inventory records and timely restocking.
  • Processing repairs for stock items, documenting timestamps and tracking.
  • Controlling inventory from vendors, maintaining budget and adjusting stock/reorder levels.
  • Monitoring stock levels, processing requisitions, and entering orders into tracking systems.
  • Receiving purchase orders, stocking items, and expediting late/missing orders.
  • Maintaining a cross-reference system for efficient parts usage and tracking nonconforming items.
  • Collaborating with managers to align inventory practices with goals.
  • Participating in semi-annual physical inventories and resolving discrepancies.
  • Working with accounting and audit teams to ensure reporting accuracy.

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic team.
