Base pay range

$34.00/hr - $37.00/hr

Role: Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Remote

Length: 4-month contract

AimHire is partnering with a fast-growing leader in the electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure space to hire a Supply Chain Specialist. This innovative company is shaping the future of sustainable transportation by delivering accessible, ad-supported charging solutions across the U.S.

This contract opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated professional who will support outsourced logistics and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between 3PL providers, deployment managers, and on-site personnel to ensure successful and timely deliveries
  • Coordinate transportation and procurement fulfillment requests from internal teams and stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues (e.g., site access, shifting construction timelines, unreachable site contacts) and proactively resolve disruptions
  • Manage PO and invoice processing through NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
  • Process and track requests using MS Lists, then submit to provider portals (Penske, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Maintain organized records and perform manual data entry to ensure clear documentation of all logistics activities
  • Monitor and adapt to shifting delivery dates, volume spikes, and project-based scheduling needs
  • Support communication across internal and external partners to align expectations and resolve escalations

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP systems, 3PL, logistics, and warehouse functions.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with PO and invoice management (NetSuite preferred)
  • Comfortable with manual processes and multiple request/portal systems
  • Highly adaptable to change and able to manage fluctuating priorities
  • Available to start ASAP following a background check
