Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, or logistics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• ERP knowledge: SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
• Understanding of inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and logistics.
• Ability to work with large datasets and generate insights.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze supply chain data, trends, and performance to identify improvements.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, demand patterns, and replenishment needs.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track supply chain KPIs.
• Support demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Analyze procurement, logistics, transportation, and warehouse performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and order fulfillment.
• Prepare MIS reports and management presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy and support process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data, trends, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, demand patterns, and replenishment requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key supply chain KPIs.
• Support demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization activities.
• Analyze procurement, logistics, transportation, and warehouse performance.
• Identify supply chain bottlenecks and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and order fulfillment.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and management presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and logistics processes.
• Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful business insights.
