Job description

The ideal candidate is a data-driven supply chain professional who enjoys solving business problems, working with operational stakeholders and turning complex data into actionable insights. You will support supply chain, planning, inventory and operational teams through reporting, analytics and business intelligence solutions, helping drive better decisions across forecasting, inventory management, service levels and overall supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and analytical tools that provide visibility into key supply chain and operational KPIs.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Analyze inventory, forecasting, service level, fulfillment and operational performance data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and maintenance of KPI frameworks, reporting standards and data governance processes.
• Create automated reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, Power Query and related analytics tools to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making.
• Develop and maintain data models, calculations and reporting logic to support business requirements.
• Participate in inventory planning, demand planning and supply chain improvement initiatives through analysis of operational and financial data.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and work with technical teams to deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems and sources.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through analytics-driven recommendations and operational performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Analysis, Business Intelligence or related analytical roles.
• Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development, data visualization and KPI reporting.
• Experience using SQL to extract, transform and analyze large datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas and data analysis.
• Understanding of supply chain processes including inventory management, demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, procurement, logistics or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, JD Edwards or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with DAX, data modelling, Power Query, Snowflake, Databricks, Python or related analytics tools would be advantageous.
