Planet is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our San Francisco team. You will act as the internal auditor for our Supply Chain organization, ensuring that every purchase order, receipt and inventory transaction is accurate, approved and supported by evidence.

You will own testing of SOX controls, review data across procurement and inventory systems, and partner with Finance and Internal Audit to stay audit‑ready year‑round.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8 years in supply chain, procurement, inventory or SOX compliance.
• Knowledge of SOX 404 and internal-control concepts.
• Understanding of procure-to-pay and inventory processes.
• Experience with ERP/purchasing systems and advanced spreadsheets.

Mansioni

• Act as the Supply Chain internal auditor documenting, testing, and monitoring key SOX controls across procure-to-pay and inventory.
• Maintain control narratives, process flows, and risk-control matrices.
• Execute control self-assessments and transaction sampling; track deficiencies.
• Coordinate walkthroughs with Internal Audit and external auditors; provide audit evidence.
• Audit POs, change orders, receipts, and inventory adjustments across NetSuite and Coupa.
• Monitor open/aged POs, past-due receipts, and received-not-invoiced items; collaborate with Finance to close.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and variance analyses.
• Develop exception reports and dashboards to identify unapproved or non-compliant transactions.
• Design scalable process controls; create SOPs and training for procurement and warehouse teams.
