Embark People, LLC is seeking a senior specialist in Enterprise Performance Management to join our rapidly expanding finance transformation practice in Dallas, TX. You will design and deliver scalable EPM solutions, drive forecasting and planning, and lead client-focused initiatives to improve performance and reporting.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and build dashboards using Pigment, Anaplan, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in relevant EPM development or 3+ years in relevant FP&A modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Model Builder, Developing, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Integration with Pigment, Workday Adaptive, TM1, Anaplan, Salesforce, Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, multidimensional EPM solutions for client finance departments.
• Drive financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis with precision.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for growing companies.
• Build strong internal and external partnerships to identify opportunities.

Your Role: As a senior specializing in Enterprise Performance Management , you will:

• Experience: 2+ years in relevant EPM development or 3+ years in relevant FP&A modelling experience.
• Expertise: Hands-on experience with Model Builder, Developing, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Integration Skills: Experience with tools like Pigment, Workday Adaptive, TM1, Anaplan, Salesforce, Snowflake, Etc..
• Collaboration: Partner with customers to drive business process improvements and implement proactive solutions.
