Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC seeks an operations specialist to create outbound guidance for large product operations and troubleshoot field issues, partnering with teams to identify root causes.

You will lead SOP updates, develop long-term outbound strategies, and manage cross-functional projects related to DDC outbound operations, with occasional weekend/evening work.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, merchandising or inventory management.
• 1 year of experience working cross-functionally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Creation of outbound guidance for large product operations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues from distribution field teams while partnering with team members to identify root cause.
• Use knowledge, lessons, and insights to improve tactical and operational processes and practices.
• Operate as a subject matter expert (SME) with regards to building operational processes around outbound operations.
• Partner with cross functional teams to assist, influence and recommend solutions that identify root cause analysis and improved SOP and process development for the field teams.
• Review, update, and create SOPs tied to large product outbound activities.
• Lead and execute medium level projects that involve DDC outbound operations.
• Creation of long‑term outbound strategies in support of new enterprise strategies.
• Potential to work on weekends or evenings in support of building impact/closure meetings.
