Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking an accomplished Architect/Principal to lead design and implementation of IP&R solutions across on-prem and cloud environments. The candidate will drive high-availability architectures, oversee large-scale data platforms such as RDBMS and BigQuery, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable infrastructure.

The role requires 10+ years in architecture, deep scripting and programming skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years' experience as an architect/principal.
• 10+ years' experience in designing IP&R solutions or similar roles.
• 10+ years' experience in large-scale RDBMS or Google BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Python, shell scripting, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Change & Release processes, GitHub and CI/CD.
• Experience on both on-prem and public cloud platforms.
• Experience in security and Sarbanes-Oxley audits.
• Experience in process reviews, continuous improvement, automation and toil elimination.
• Experience in high availability, high transaction volumes, backup/recovery and DR.
• Strong lifecycle support across multiple platforms or languages.
• Ability to interact with tech/non-tech teams across various groups.
• Experience in analyzing and recommending solutions for production issues.
• Familiarity with streaming technologies (STRIIM, Kafka, Pub/Sub) is a plus.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills to translate business requirements into new technologies.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management to handle unplanned work.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and acquiring new skills outside comfort zone.
• Strong customer service and professionalism.
