Job summary

QUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Supply Chain/Operations professional to lead outbound initiatives for large product operations, troubleshoot field-issue root causes, and drive process improvements across teams. You will act as SME for outbound processes, collaborate cross-functionally to refine SOPs, review and update procedures, and advance long-term outbound strategies in alignment with enterprise goals.

Weekend/evening support may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, merchandising or inventory management.
• 1 year of cross-functional experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Creation of outbound guidance for large product operations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues from distribution field teams while partnering with team members to identify root cause.
• Use knowledge, lessons, and insights to improve tactical and operational processes and practices.
• Operate as a subject matter expert (SME) with regards to building operational processes around outbound operations.
• Partner with cross functional teams to assist, influence and recommend solutions that identify root cause analysis and improved standard operating procedure (SOP) and process development for the field teams.
• Review, update, and create SOPs tied to large product outbound activities.
• Lead and execute medium level (business unit-specific or cross functional) projects that involve DDC outbound operations.
• Creation of long-term outbound strategies in support of new enterprise strategies.
• Potential to work on weekends or evenings in support of building impact/closure meetings.

Basic qualifications

• 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, merchandising or inventory management.
• Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
• 1 year of experience working cross-functionally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree
• 2 years of experience in project management
