Dover is seeking candidates for its Analyst, Supply Chain Development Program in Downers Grove, IL. This onsite role develops future supply chain leaders through three 8-month assignments across segments, with relocation within the US and mentorship from senior leaders.

As a new graduate or early-career professional, you gain hands-on experience in sourcing, operations, planning, and analytics, preparing you for senior roles in supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Graduating seniors or early-career professionals with <2 years in supply chain.
• Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering with focus on Supply Chain preferred.
• GPA 3.5+ preferred.

Responsabilités

• Rotations across three functional areas: sourcing, planning, and operations.
• Work on real supply chain projects with mentorship from leaders.
• Develop skills through assigned training and on-the-job assignments.
• Relocate for 8-month placements within Dover's US operations.
