Job summary

JobTailor in the United States is seeking a recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for high-volume hourly positions. You will post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage the ATS while coordinating with staffing agencies and HR to meet weekly headcount goals and monthly temp-to-perm conversions.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, at least 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience, and the ability to collaborate with business leaders and operations teams

• Travel as needed to other site locations.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hourly roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and ATS management.
• Partners with temporary staffing agencies, centralized planning, operations leadership, and HR to coordinate weekly headcount and monthly conversion from temporary to permanent employment.
• Delivers exceptional candidate support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues with professionalism.
• Guides new hires through onboarding and paperwork completion for a seamless orientation and employment start.
• Supports planning, promotion, and execution of hiring events and community job fairs for an engaging candidate experience.
• Collaborates with the Supply Chain recruitment team across the network to assist with hiring surges during peak seasons or specialized roles.
