Base Pay Range

$50.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Demonstrated systems capability; SAP and Evolve.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences. Role may require strong negotiation and influence, communication to large groups or high‑level constituents.
Nice to Have
  • CPG industry experience, nice to have.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related.
Role & Responsibilities

The primary function of this job is to provide project management leadership that delivers innovation, improves margins, and reliable service to their customers and performance excellence across the end‑to‑end supply chain. Projects are typically cross‑functional in nature, larger in scope or complexity, and reach across the supply chain to drive improvement and change.

Project Management (50%)
  • Manage the execution of projects to ensure that objectives are delivered on‑time, in‑full and within budget.
  • Communicate project status, key work activities, potential problems, and resolution alignment needs to leadership.
  • Organize, manage, and coordinate multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Develop and deploy necessary processes, policies, procedures, and standard work to sustain changes once projects disband.
  • Prepare and communicate project summaries that include objectives, results, lessons learned, and recommendations on how to improve and apply more broadly.
  • Address and resolve conflicts directly and constructively, focusing on mitigation via sustained work process improvement and capability enhancements.
Execution (20%)
  • Leverages technical skills to build capability in KPath, ensuring data is maintained and accurate.
  • Works with MasterFiles and across functions to ensure timely system setup of SKUs, lanes, etc.
  • Completes Product Launch Requirements (PLR) for all projects, enabling production scheduling, material ordering and deployment.
Strategic Analysis & Continuous Improvement (30%)
  • Research root causes of performance gaps using a combination of data, information, and insights.
  • Implement or modify systems to prevent future occurrences of issues.
  • Identifying potential IWO and strategies to minimize/eliminate.
  • Actively engages in PWR post‑audits and project After Action Reviews so that better decisions can be made in the future.
  • Translates business needs and strategies into process management improvements.
