Job summary

ManpowerGroup (USA) seeks a Supply Chain Project Manager to join our client’s team in the Supply Chain Management Department. Lead PMO initiatives across supply chain and logistics, driving governance and continuous improvement while coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, finance, IT and leadership.

The role requires 5–7+ years of project management experience on enterprise projects, and proficiency with JIRA and PM tools to ensure on-time, value-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of project management experience on complex, enterprise-wide projects.
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in business, operations, and technical domains.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to work effectively across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated PMO resource for Supply Chain and Logistics initiatives across the organization.
• Drive project execution, accountability, governance, and continuous improvement for supply chain functions.
• Utilize JIRA to coordinate all project activities, ensuring ownership, delegation, and timely completion of initiatives.
• Support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of emerging technologies, AI solutions, and automation to enhance supply chain performance.
