Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED, Boston-based, seeks a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain initiatives for global clients in a fast-paced consulting setting. You will design solutions across procurement, logistics, and planning, driving cost efficiency and sustainability while coordinating with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Candidates should have 3–7 years in SCM/PM, strong leadership, and proficiency with SAP, Oracle, MS Project, and Tableau.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 3–7 years of experience in SCM, PM, or operations, preferably in consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, MS Project, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
  • CSCP, PMP, or APICS certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement tailored supply chain solutions across procurement, logistics, and planning.
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain projects with cost control and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a passionate and results-driven Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team in Boston, MA. This onsite role requires commuting to our Boston office and offers the opportunity to lead transformative supply chain projects for our global clients.

What You’ll Do

As a Supply Chain Project Manager at MP, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implement tailored supply chain solutions, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
  • Ensure alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to drive successful outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve sustainability.
  • Leverage data analytics and technology (e.g., ERP systems, IoT, AI) to enhance visibility and decision‑making.
  • Proactively assess supply chain risks (e.g., supplier delays, demand fluctuations) and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals.
  • Represent MIGSO-PCUBED on client sites, delivering expertise and building long‑term relationships.
Who You Are

We’re looking for someone with:

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3–7 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, or operations, preferably in consulting or fast‑paced environments.
  • Technical & Methodological Skills:
  • Strong understanding of supply chain methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
  • Proficiency in supply chain tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Project, Tableau) and advanced Excel.
  • Certification in CSCP, PMP, or APICS is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and confident in engaging with executive stakeholders.
  • Industry Exposure:

  • Familiarity with global supply chain operations and sustainability practices.

Compensation

MIGSO-PCUBED believes in fair and equitable compensation. The estimated salary range for this role in Boston, MA is $80,000–$105,000 annually, based on experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for an annual performance‑based incentive program.
