Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support material planning and cross-functional collaboration among Buyers, System Project Managers, and Materials Project Managers.

You will manage the Roll up Report for Production meetings, identify critical shortages, and assist the Pre-Stock Quality Inspection team in prioritizing parts.

Strong data gathering, Excel proficiency, and clear communication are essential to drive timely delivery in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain preferred).
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Supply Chain.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of material management and business processes.
• Understanding of Mfg. Operations in Product Life Cycle and Engineering Change Management.
• Expertise in data gathering, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
