Job summary

Jobtailor in San Diego is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to establish and maintain primary sources of supply and to analyze quotes, award PO's, and support production schedules.

You will leverage MRP/ERP systems to manage procurement, negotiate terms with suppliers, and monitor inventory to meet customer and production needs. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in manufacturing purchasing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, operations management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing, planning, and materials management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and supply chain processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Syspro, or equivalent.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities
