Job summary

HYVE Solutions, a division of SYNNEX Corporation, is hiring a Supply Chain Program Manager in Fremont, CA to own the material plan, manage CTB, and balance cost, service, and production needs. You will oversee end-to-end inventory, address shortages, and drive KPI improvement across suppliers and customers.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–8 years in supply chain, strong Excel modeling, data analysis, and leadership experience to guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced high-tech

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of progressive supply chain experience in high-tech manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; excellent business communication.
• Advanced Excel with modeling, data analysis and reporting; VBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of the material plan that supports the production schedule.
• Manage the Clear to Build (CTB) process and resolve material shortages.
• Own end-to-end inventory and set target levels.
• Identify excess and obsolete inventory and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and address opportunities/risks.
• Manage relationships with customers and suppliers daily.
• Lead project teams on critical initiatives and drive process improvements.
