The **Operations Technical Trainee Manager** will be responsible for leading and managing team of operators to build quality products, drive continuous improvement plans and resolve personal and technical problems quickly.Responsibilities* Manage daily work functions to ensure the achievement of daily business goals.* Coordinate internal and external training, and coach/manage manufacturing operators to ensure that desired performance is achieved, and all operating standards are adhered to.* Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility. Ensure training and development plans for employees to follow the company policy, maintain a high level of quality and safe working environment and follow ISO 9001 & 140001 standards.* Produce server/rack products in accordance with the provided specifications including quality and quantity.
