Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Owner to drive eCommerce capabilities and digital experiences. You will own the backlog, translate business needs into user stories, and work with Product, UX, and delivery teams to prioritize features for development.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, define acceptance criteria, and ensure solutions meet customer expectations while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Job description

• Partner with Product Managers, UX, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to deliver eCommerce capabilities and digital experiences
• Own and prioritize the product backlog
• Define features and user stories aligned with business priorities and ready for development
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready Agile work
• Collaborate with Product Management and delivery teams on release plans and delivery of eCommerce enhancements
• Communicate priorities and business context and support decision-making
• Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations
• Coordinate technology, UX, marketing, analytics, customer service, and business stakeholders
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, user acceptance testing, and product demonstrations
• Monitor delivery progress, communicate status, identify risks, and help remove obstacles
• Support product launches, change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, Digital Commerce, or related experience
• Experience managing product backlogs, defining requirements, and delivering digital products in an Agile environment
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to understand user needs and translate them into valuable solutions
• Experience partnering with business and technology teams to deliver software, digital platforms, or customer-facing solutions
• Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Experience influencing and collaborating across cross-functional teams and multiple organizational levels
• Local candidate already authorized to work in the role’s country
• Employment subject to pre-screening tests, which may include drug screening, background check, and DMV check
• Preferred: experience with eCommerce platforms, digital commerce capabilities, or customer experience solutions
• Preferred: experience working in a global, matrixed organization
• Preferred: experience working with Agile teams and product delivery frameworks
• Preferred: CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar certification
