Key Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize, and manage the digital workstream backlog including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate directly with Scrum teams and Product Managers to ensure delivery aligns with the product roadmap.
  • Maintain transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders, facilitating demos and collecting feedback.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer in product discussions, advocating for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Develop plans for business-critical projects covering requirements gathering, UAT, and stakeholder communications.
  • Recommend system/process enhancements and ensure proper configuration and documentation.
  • Provide training and support to business users on implemented tools and technologies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, document solutions, and follow through on resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical/Business Analyst in eCommerce or digital product environments.
  • Proven success in delivering scalable software solutions supporting digital commerce operations.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or comparable eCommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and eCommerce best practices.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and writing epics/user stories.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
