Galaxus Deutschland GmbH is seeking a capable logistics process professional to design and optimize processes for the new Neuenburg site while gaining hands-on exposure at the Wohlen center 2-3 days per week. You will tackle bottlenecks and help implement efficient workflows across the supply chain.

The role requires a university degree in Process Management with 3+ years in related fields, fluent English and German, and willingness to travel ~20% in Switzerland. French is a plus.

Formación

• University degree in Process Management or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years in process development or project management in logistics.
• Lean Management experience is a plus and beneficial to projects.
• Flexibility to work in Wohlen and Neuenburg with up to 20% travel within Switzerland.
• English and German fluency; French is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, design and optimize logistics processes for the Neuenburg location.
• Improve existing processes and document new ones across sites.
• Assess ideas with stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Ensure training, documentation and proper process usage during operations.
• Lead project implementations or drive optimization initiatives as needed.
