Prerequisites include a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and 1–3 years in a related field, with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, plus an eagerness for continuous learning and project leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a similar engineering field.
• 1–3 years in a technically related field.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Learn and analyze processes and systems across the supply chain, then leverage best‑practice methods and technologies to improve a fast-paced retail business.
• Develop skills in project justification including vendor selection, cost‑benefit analysis, and ROI estimation.
• Manage capital projects including requirements gathering, layouts, vendor management, timelines, and budget.
• Maintain the Labor Management Systems in both Distribution and Manufacturing facilities through development of standard operating procedures, time studies, labor standards, and engineering configuration.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
