The role emphasizes cost‑benefit analyses, vendor management, and labor‑systems maintenance, with opportunities to participate in special initiatives and process enhancements across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years in a technically related field.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating distribution processes and identifying improvements.
• Ability to lead and manage projects improving distribution processes.
• Adaptability to changing requirements and technologies with strong problem-solving.
• Desire for continuous learning with diverse projects and vendor/tech discovery.

Responsibilities

• Learn and analyze processes across the supply chain and apply best‑practice methods and technologies to a fast‑paced retail business.
• Develop skills in cost‑benefit analysis and ROI estimation.
• Manage capital projects from requirements gathering, layouts, vendor management, timelines, and budget.
• Maintain Labor Management Systems with SOPs, time studies, labor standards, and engineering configuration.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
