  • Map, document, and standardize supply chain processes to align business requirements, system capabilities, and standard work expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting, reduce rework, improve data visibility, and simplify supply chain decision‑making.
  • Support supply chain improvement projects, including scope definition, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, testing, training, implementation support, and results tracking.
  • Monitor supplier, purchasing, planning, inventory, quality, delivery, and cost performance to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Standout Qualifications
  • Experience analyzing business processes, supply chain data, operational performance, or ERP‑related data.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data, process performance, system behavior, and operational outcomes.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences and translate data insights into practical business actions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, follow‑through, time management, and the ability to prioritize competing requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment where priorities and business needs may change.
  • Experience supporting AI enablement in supply chain, including process automation, analytics, reporting, decision support, governance, or workflow improvement initiatives.
