JLG Industries in Hagerstown, MD is looking for a Systems Analyst who will be responsible for designing and building innovative IT systems. This role requires at least 7 years of experience in software development and strong skills in SQL and software development methodologies.
The systems analyst will act as a bridge between project teams and technical teams, overseeing the installation and preparation of solutions. The pay range for this role is between $103,300.00 and $177,700.00.

The Systems Analyst consolidates and incorporates project needs into designing and building innovative information technology systems that meet the needs and objectives of the business. This role communicates status, risk and risk mitigation plans, and acts as a liaison between Key Project Members and technical teams. The role ensures that there is adequate information to build new systems effectively and turn functional designs into stable and reliable information technology systems. The role is also responsible for ensuring production applications are operating at an optimal level and meet the daily expectations of the business.

$103,300.00 - $177,700.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
