Job summary

Meijer Internship program offers hands-on experience in Supply Chain Planning and Network Planning. Interns work on projects that improve how products flow through Meijer’s end-to-end supply chain and may lead to full-time opportunities.

Interns engage in inventory planning, strategy, network optimization, and develop dashboards with Power BI while collaborating with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Distribution, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Progress toward a Bachelor's degree in supply chain-related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL are preferred.
• Drive for results with a focus on the bottom line.
• Customer focus and relationship skills for internal/external customers.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects across Meijer’s supply chain to improve product flow.
• Support inventory planning, network optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Develop recommendations through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Gain exposure to both supply chain planning and network planning areas.
