Meijer offers an 11-week internship program that delivers real projects impacting the business, with development opportunities and interaction with interns and senior leaders.

As a Manufacturing Business Development Intern, you will evaluate growth opportunities, support strategic initiatives, analyze market trends, and develop financial and operational recommendations while collaborating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance and Food Safety.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Analytics skills - familiarity with Power BI or SQL preferred.
• Drive for results with focus on the bottom line.
• Customer focus and commitment to internal/external customers.
• Strong relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving - data gathering and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Support growth opportunity analysis across supply chain and manufacturing.
• Develop financial and operational recommendations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance and Food Safety.
• Assist with market trend analysis and business opportunity evaluation.
• Prepare final presentations for senior leadership.
