POSITION PURPOSE:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain leader responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating team activities, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, discipline, and performance evaluation. The role involves developing plans to meet department goals.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and implement annual strategies, prioritize activities, and allocate resources to achieve business objectives and 1-3 year goals.
  2. Ensure work efforts are aligned with expected outcomes, delivered on time and within budget, and foster a culture of goal achievement.
  3. Collaborate across departments such as Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, IT, and Logistics.
  4. Support employees in identifying and removing obstacles to performance excellence.
  5. Identify key talent and develop employees to reach their full potential.
  6. Provide training, tools, guidance, coaching, and feedback to the team.
  7. Understand supply chain capacity constraints and participate in a sustainable S&OP process.
  8. Promote disciplined use of AMS systems and continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  9. Model Andersen values, build trust through transparency and collaboration.

DIRECTION OF OTHERS:

Lead a department of Supply Chain professionals.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Technology.
  2. 10+ years of leadership experience across end-to-end supply chain functions.
  3. Strong understanding of systems like ERP and WMS supporting supply chain and manufacturing operations.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence operations partners.
  5. Experience in building high-performance teams, employee development, and performance management.
  6. Knowledge of supply chain and lean methodologies.
  7. Proven coaching and training skills, ability to inspire energy.

Compensation ranges from $108,941 to $168,859, based on experience and other factors.
